- It describes a real AI system or a clearly identified research result.
- It connects the work to human wellbeing, access, science, education, food, climate or another public good.
- It points to a source readers can open and check.
- It distinguishes research, pilots and early use from proven results at scale.
- It is hopeful because of the evidence, not because of a grand prediction.
